I recently had the pleasure of touring the construction site, with our Construction Manager, who was able to take me up as high as the 14th floor. The views were beyond my expectations, especially down the main view corridors, and I wanted to share them with you.

The southeast corner two- and three- bedroom homes have great morning light and as we can see from the photo below, have unbelievable views down the highly desirable Fourth Avenue corridor. These homes are also currently at a great value with their pricing significantly lower than the counterpart homes located on the southwest corner – in some instances, by more than 30%.  These homes are truly one of the best values at Escala.
