Escala Reservation Program

New home reservations at Escala are offered as a convenience for all interested homebuyers seeking to secure a condominium home before the public sales debut scheduled for Fall 2006. This simple, non-binding agreement provides a reservation holder with the first right of offer for a particular home once that unit is officially offered for sale in the coming months.

At this time only preliminary floor plans, specifications and price ranges are available. Prior to the official sales release, reservation holders will be provided with final floor plans, detailed specifications and confirmed pricing as well as the Public Offering Statement to review. At that time, reservation holders may decide to pursue a Purchase and Sale Agreement or cancel the reservation and be refunded their deposit.

Reservations require a fully refundable deposit of $10,000 at the time of reservation, which is held in trust with Windermere Real Estate. In the event a Purchase and Sale Agreement is consummated this deposit will apply towards the required 5% earnest money deposit as part of the purchase contract.

NOTE: All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Introductory Sales Release

Approximately 50% the building is now released for reservation on intermittent floors with inventory representing all home plans at introductory pricing. Final home selection is subject to availability. In the event a desired home is already reserved, a second position reservation will be accepted granting you the first opportunity for a similar home type on the next sales release (i.e. the same home plan on the floor above or below the desired home). At this time the Seller has not authorized releasing more than half the building for priority presales. The balance of the building will likely be released upon the public sales event later this Fall 2006.

Construction Schedule

Escala is scheduled to break ground in the late Summer 2006 with first occupancy in 2008.

Mortgage Interest Rate Lock Programs

The Seller is currently negotiating preferred interest lock programs for Escala homebuyers - additional information will be made available prior to the public sales debut in the Fall 2006.
